Returns Policy
This Returns Policy covers the scripture wall art prints, frames, and matching 5×7 prints sold on our prints page. It does not cover the Encouragement Deck. Deck orders follow the Encouragement Deck returns policy.
Love it, or your money back
The 30 days start when the prints are delivered, not when you place the preorder. Email us within those 30 days and we will refund what you paid.
1. 30-day money-back guarantee
- Try the prints in your home. If you do not love it, contact us within 30 days of delivery.
- You receive a full refund of what you paid for that order.
- Email scrollthebible@thejcbsnbrand.com with the email you used at checkout or your order number.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank may take a few business days to show the refund.
2. Damaged prints
If a print arrives damaged, email us with your order number and a short note about what happened. We will help. Manufacturing defects that show up later are covered by our 1-Year Limited Warranty.
3. What is included
Any gift listed on the prints page for the bundle you order is part of that order. If a gift is not listed there, it is not included.
4. App subscriptions
This policy covers the prints only. Paid Scroll the Bible app subscriptions are covered by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
5. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy and will post the new version with a new “Last updated” date. Where the law requires it, consumer protection rights in your state still apply.
