Returns Policy

• Request a refund within 30 days of your decks being delivered.
• You get a full refund of what you paid. No questions asked.
• You do not need to return the decks, the stands, or the gift notes. Keep them or pass them on.

Your decks are guaranteed to arrive by December 13th. If they do not, you get a full refund. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Email scrollthebible@thejcbsnbrand.com with the email you used at checkout or your order number. Refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few business days to show the refund.

If something in your order arrives damaged or is missing, email us with your order number and a short note about what happened. We will send a replacement or refund you, whichever you prefer.

Each deck includes 3 free months of Scroll the Bible Premium. If you refund your decks, any Premium that was already activated is not taken away, and there is no separate charge for it.

This policy covers the Encouragement Deck only. Paid Scroll the Bible app subscriptions are covered by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

We may update this policy from time to time and will post the updated version with a new “Last updated” date. Where required by law, mandatory consumer protection rights in your state continue to apply.
