This Shipping Policy covers the Scroll the Bible Encouragement Deck sold on our cards page. It explains when you are charged, when your decks ship, and where we deliver.
Guaranteed by December 13th
Your decks are guaranteed to arrive by December 13th. If they do not, you get a full refund. See our Returns Policy for how refunds work.
1. Pre-Orders and When You Are Charged
The Encouragement Deck is sold as a pre-order. You are charged today, when you place your order. Your decks ship the first week of December.
2. Where We Ship
- Free shipping on every order, every bundle, to anywhere in the United States.
- This includes Alaska, Hawaii, and P.O. boxes.
- We do not ship internationally at this time.
3. One Address Per Order
Each order ships to one address. Every deck comes in its own gift-ready box, so you can hand them out in person or mail them on yourself. To send decks to different addresses, place a separate order for each address.
4. Tracking
When your order ships, we email a tracking link to the address you used at checkout.
5. Wrong Address, Lost, or Damaged Packages
Please double check your shipping address at checkout. If you entered the wrong address, your package is lost, or it arrives damaged, email scrollthebible@thejcbsnbrand.com with your order email or order number and we will make it right.
6. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time and will post the updated version with a new “Last updated” date.
