Shipping Policy

This is a preorder. Payment is collected at checkout, not when the package arrives. If checkout on the prints page is not open, we are not taking payment yet.

First orders ship Monday, December 14, 2026. Delivery of those orders is guaranteed before Christmas Eve. When your prints ship, we email a tracking link to the address you used at checkout.

• Free shipping on every print and every bundle. There is no minimum.
• Shipping is for addresses in the United States. Checkout confirms whether we can ship to the address you enter.
• This preorder does not include international shipping.

All prints in an order, framed or unframed, ship to one address together with the matching 5×7 prints included in your order. To send prints to different addresses, place a separate order for each address. If your order arrives in more than one package, the extra packages are free too.

To change an address, or to ask about canceling before the prints ship, email scrollthebible@thejcbsnbrand.com with the email you used at checkout or your order number. We have not set a separate cancellation deadline. Email us while the order has not shipped and we will help.

Please check the address at checkout. If the address is wrong, the package is lost, or a print arrives damaged, email scrollthebible@thejcbsnbrand.com with your order email or order number and we will make it right.

We may update this policy and will post the new version with a new “Last updated” date. Where the law requires it, consumer protection rights in your state still apply.
